BetterHelp, the world’s largest online therapy platform, has appointed independent media agency, The Specialist Works, to launch its first-ever linear TV campaign across the UK market.

With the mission to make professional therapy more accessible, BetterHelp offers online counselling via phone call, video chat, live chat, or text message.

BetterHelp’s DRTV campaign will today launch across the UK to drive customer acquisition while also building awareness.

The billion-dollar business has already seen significant growth in the US. It is currently the biggest spender in podcast advertising in the world and has previously delivered a number of TV campaigns across the US that featured celebrities who have engaged organically with the platform.

The Specialist Works was chosen by BetterHelp following a competitive review to handle all TV-based activity.
